Residential Contracts Manager

CV Library is a leading provider of construction services, specializing in high-end bespoke new residential builds and restoration of listed and historic properties.
About Role:We are seeking an experienced Residential Contracts Manager to join our team in Newbury and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 2-3 projects simultaneously, working closely with the project Quantity Survey to appreciate and understand the commercial implications and drivers associated with the delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities:- Programme construction works and ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Supervise construction works and maintain quality works control.
- Manage site meetings with both Sub Contractors and Clients.
- Manage sub-contractors and procure materials.
- Have a keen awareness of budget, cost control and cost recovery.
- Ensure that expenditure is in line with the contract budget and resources are utilized efficiently.
- SSSTS / SMSTS qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence is required.
- Technical knowledge with experience in building houses from start to finish.
- Competitive salary of £40-£60,000 per annum depending on experience.
