Job Summary

Ripon Farm Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Agricultural Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers, ensuring their agricultural equipment is running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural or turf equipment, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to customers on equipment optimization, maintenance, and repair.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, including pre-delivery setup and support for service specialists.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry-leading technology and best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of agricultural equipment and turf maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driving license and ability to drive company vehicles and equipment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, to support business demands.
