The Role: Mobile Network Administrator

This role involves supporting our customers by managing mobile telecoms services from initial contact to full setup. Key responsibilities include contract scrutiny, customer contact, ordering services via CRM systems within agreed SLAs, and administration of order workloads, progress reports, and service updates.

Key tasks will be:

  • Order management and tracking
  • Service delivery and coordination
  • Fault resolution and account set up

What We Offer
