Job Title: HR Data and Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data and Reporting Analyst to join our Organisational Development department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us transform our organisation and progress our data maturity to the next level and beyond.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term full-time post based at the Pontypridd Campus in South Wales. You will be responsible for providing a self-service driven approach to ad hoc data requests, monitoring of KPIs, and automated outlier detection to alert managers to any issues in their teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain HR data analytics and reporting capabilities
  • Provide data insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and working groups to ensure data quality and assurance management processes
  • Design and implement data visualisation tools to support business decision-making
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business strategy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of HR data, SAP Business Objects, and MS PowerBI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
