In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Area Manager in overseeing a cluster of key stores. As a Store Operations Specialist, you will work closely with the established team to deliver exceptional customer shopping experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve store targets and objectives
• Support the Area Manager in managing store operations and staff performance
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and store efficiency
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business goals and objectives
• Participate in regular 1-2-1 meetings, training, and support to ensure personal and professional development
