Job Title:
Project Manager - Water Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of water infrastructure projects within our client's framework. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from pre-production to full completion, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery while driving innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the successful delivery of water infrastructure projects within the framework
Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental standards
Manage on-site and off-site operations, tracking progress against project timelines and budget targets
Cultivate a positive team culture focused on high performance and wellbeing
Implement Lean Construction and other modern techniques to optimise efficiency and project success
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency at all stages

Requirements:
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Experience in managing large-scale civil engineering or water infrastructure projects
Excellent communication and client management skills
Commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions
Familiarity with Lean Construction, Agile Programme Management, and other modern construction methods
Strong commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards
