Project Manager - Civil Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at a leading Civil Engineering contractor. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the civil engineering sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
