Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at a leading Civil Engineering contractor. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing live projects in Wiltshire, ensuring that all aims and objectives are met, and providing technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all communication with clients for multiple projects
  • Administer civil engineering projects, prepare drafts, and estimate fees
  • Supervise engineering staff, evaluate work, and provide training
  • Monitor marketing and development activities for civil projects
  • Analyze and recommend strategies for key management issues
  • Evaluate and coordinate with various departments to oversee private and municipal projects
Requirements:
  • Industry applicable qualification
  • Demonstratable civil engineering experience in heavy civils
  • Ideal 8+ years' experience working on large-scale Civil Engineering projects
  • Previous experience in management or supervisory roles
  • Competent understanding of Health & Safety regulations
  • Full driver's license SMTS, CSCS
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
