Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team at Porton Down, Salisbury. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and issue reports, including project execution plans, strategy reports, risk registers, and progress reports.
  • Oversee and manage financial expenditure throughout all RIBA stages, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
  • Risk management: identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Eligibility to obtain or existing possession of SC level Security Clearance (British Passport holder).
  • Proven track record in project management, including experience with RIBA stages, financial expenditure control, and risk management.
  • Excellent bid writing and presentation skills.
  • Clear understanding of BIM technology.
  • Ability to lead, direct a team/experience within management.
  • Prince 2 (or APM) Foundation/Practitioner.
