We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team at Wykes Group. As a Transport Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our transport operations and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:


• Coordinate and manage transport schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs


• Maintain accurate records and reports of transport activities, including vehicle maintenance and driver performance


• Develop and implement processes to improve transport operations and reduce errors


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination


• Analyze and resolve transport-related issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements and Qualifications:


• 2+ years of experience in a transport or logistics role


• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
