Job Title: Governance and Compliance Manager

Montu UK is seeking a highly skilled Governance and Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization operates in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective governance and compliance frameworks to ensure the organization's operations are aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on governance and compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a clinical area.
  • Proven experience in regulatory requirements and compliance, legal interactions, procurement, insurance, and contracts.
  • Ability to investigate, manage, and create actionable service improvement plans through incident/deviation management.
  • Experience of creation and delivery of training programs.
  • Ability to research best practices and support implementation across teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and systematic thinking.

Desirable:

  • Holds or is willing to work towards a recognized qualification in Governance/Risk management.
