Job Title: Supply Chain Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Governance Specialist to join our team at Circle Recruitment. As a key member of our Process and Performance Excellence Team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing governance and compliance services for strategic procurements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement governance processes within a procurement or commercial environment
  • Manage complex and high-value procurement projects, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Deliver business change and continuous improvement programs, driving process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Provide information security and governance expertise, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, leveraging your strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in governance and compliance, with a strong understanding of procurement regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Relevant certifications, such as PCR or CIPS L4, are desirable
