We are seeking an inspiring and motivated nurse, AHP, or HCS leader who is committed to the consistent delivery of high standards of compassionate care. You will have a proven track record of putting safety, quality, and patient experience at the heart of practice, with experience of leading initiatives across an organisation.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £88,168 - £101,677 per annum.
Responsibilities: As DHN/P, you will be responsible for providing professional and managerial leadership across Division D, leading on developments and innovation in nursing and practice standards, and accountability for the direct delivery of high-quality nursing care.
- Leading on developing clinical and practice standards using Clinical Governance frameworks, patient feedback, and audit.
- Divisional lead for specific quality agendas.
- Leading corporate projects as agreed by the director of nursing.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of operational service management at senior level in an acute hospital environment, including staff management, financial management, and change management. You should also have experience in analysing complex data and/or national guidance and being able to interpret and apply it locally.
