About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide essential administrative support to Partners/Fee Earners working in the Banking Team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of our services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Fee Earners, including preparing high-quality documents, reports, and presentations;
  • Onboard new clients while adhering to the Firm's compliance procedures;
  • Manage diaries and schedule meetings using Microsoft Outlook;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and conferences;
  • Handle invoicing and follow-ups on outstanding invoices;
  • Maintain filing systems and update the document management system.
  • Assist with ISO, Health & Safety, Fire Warden tasks & duties;
  • Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements;
  • Provide proactive support across other departments as required.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a PA in a professional services environment;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
