As a Trainee Estate Agent at haart, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide an outstanding service to our clients, from market appraisal to property viewings and negotiations.

Your Journey as a Trainee Estate Agent:

You will begin your journey with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will receive industry-leading training and development opportunities. You will learn from our experienced team and gain the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Market properties to potential tenants or home owners
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
