Autism Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Autism Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to individuals with autism, promoting their independence and social skills.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Implement and track individualized support plans to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing environment to encourage growth and development.
  • Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children and/or with autism is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support others.
