About the Role

We're seeking a Behaviour Change Management Consultant to join our Business Advisory team. As a Behaviour Change Management Consultant, you'll support our clients in addressing their toughest challenges, where people and behaviours are at the root of successful transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design client solutions and behavioural interventions that positively impact people, profit, and the planet
  • Support our Behavioural Change Unit in developing our propositions and sharing behavioural science expertise with the team
  • Contribute to client projects and play a significant part in developing our Behavioural Change Unit
Requirements
  • Working towards a degree in a relevant subject, such as Behavioural Science, Psychology, Sociology, or Behavioural Economics
  • Demonstrate typical Arcadian skills, including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders
