Transformation Lead Opportunity

Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently seeking a Transformation Lead to drive strategic change and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale transformation programmes, ensuring project plans, budgets, and resources are aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases and change management strategies to influence senior leaders.
  • Facilitate the diagnosis, design, and implementation of innovative solutions to achieve project benefits.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams, coaching and developing subject matter experts to drive change.
  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder engagement, advocating for change across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and governance forums to ensure successful programme delivery.

Essential Skills:

  • Strategic leadership and change management expertise.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience in complex environments, with a track record of delivering transformation projects.
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions and influence behaviours in the adoption of new ways of working.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process improvement and change management.

Desirable Skills:

  • Relevant technical or professional qualifications in change management or transformation.
  • Experience in organisational development, coaching, or facilitation.
  • Recognised certifications in project management or change management disciplines.
