Nursery Room Leader Opportunity

Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of the nursery, leading your team, and ensuring a high-quality provision of education and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management team in the daily running of the nursery

• Lead your team in providing a safe, caring, and welcoming environment for children

• Ensure a high-quality, balanced provision of education and care is delivered at all times

• Promote a successful business with a first-class reputation, engaging with the local community and marketing the nursery

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 qualification
  • PVG enhanced disclosure within the child workforce sector
  • Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
  • One year's post-qualifying experience
