We are working with the London Borough of Barnet to recruit a Lead Practitioner in their Adult Services. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering Barnet's vision of strengths-based social care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality social work support to vulnerable adults, including those with physical and sensory impairments or learning disabilities.
  • Work in partnership with adults, their families, carers, and advocates to provide professional social work support.
  • Mentor and supervise staff within the team to ensure professional standards and best practice.
  • Ensure safeguarding adults at risk is a fundamental element of this job and that principles are embedded in all procedures and practices.
