Lead Practitioner

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Lead Practitioner to join their Adult Social Care Team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be based in Barnet and will work full-time.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Team Manager in providing clear and responsive practice leadership and supervision, promoting high professional standards in social care practice.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development among staff and students, enhancing the quality of practice and staff wellbeing.
- Support individuals to maintain their health, wellbeing, and independence by providing access to good quality information and advice, and signposting to local preventative services.
- Provide high-quality social work to adults and/or carers, in accordance with the Care Act 2014 and Barnet policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Safeguard adults and carers at risk of harm, promoting Making Safeguarding Personal principles and their wellbeing.
- Undertake and review individualised and outcomes-led care and support, ensuring wellbeing principles are at the heart of assessment and care and support planning.
- A professional Social Work qualification or equivalent.
