Job Title: Lead Practitioner - Social Care Direct Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Practitioner to join our Social Care Direct Team as a Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess and prioritize incoming emails to Social Care Direct
* Distribute emails equitably among team members
* Offer support and advice to team members on email assignments
* Identify and direct appropriate processes and pathways
* Screen emails meticulously to determine their suitability for referral to Social Care Direct

Requirements:

* Professional qualifications in Social Work, registered with Social Work England
* Experience in social care practice, especially in triaging and directing referrals
* Strong organizational skills for managing email correspondence and workload allocation
* Excellent communication skills
