About the Role
The Clinical team at our client's organisation has a diverse range of healthcare and clinical experience, including paramedics, radiographers, and nurses. Together, they provide exceptional support to customers with complex medical conditions, such as cancer.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a willingness to act as front-line support to customers via various communication channels, including email and telephone. Key aspects of the role include:
- Reviewing customer eligibility for health policy coverage in line with policy terms.
- Using clinical skills to inform decisions on complex treatment eligibility, such as levels of care, hospital length of stay, and treatment options.
- Working proactively with providers to ensure care is appropriate to need and eligible under policy.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and initiatives to ensure accurate query resolution.
