Business Development Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Operations Director to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in overseeing the development of contracts and estimates, delivering planned projects, managing day-to-day activities, and tracking project expenses.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company specializing in haulage maintenance services. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in project management, contract negotiation, and health & safety protocols. A liquid waste management qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
The successful candidate will enjoy excellent progression opportunities, ongoing training, and a competitive salary package, including a salary of £42,500 - £52,000, plus benefits such as a company car, pension scheme, and 25 days' annual leave.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing contracts and estimates for clients
- Delivering quotes and proposals to clients
- Managing day-to-day project operations

- Previous experience in project management or a related field
- Strong contract negotiation skills
- Full driving license and willingness to commute to client sites
