Join TimePlan Education, the UK's most experienced teaching agency, and make a positive impact on young minds. We are working in partnership with a Specialist academy to recruit a Grade 4 Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for their pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEMH, SEN/SEND).

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Implement and lead lesson plans and activities as a HLTA
• Assist students with alternative learning methods
• Provide one-on-one support to students requiring additional help
• Collaborate with the teaching team to foster a positive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Update, maintain, and monitor pupil plans

**Requirements:**
• Experience working with children or young people, ideally those with special educational needs (SEMH/SEN/SEND)
• Ability to educate and engage students effectively
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualifications
• Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one
