Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Bishop Auckland to recruit a skilled Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on heavy industry machinery
  • Perform fault finding, repair and maintenance work on plant and equipment
  • Assist with the installation of new plant equipment
  • Maintain and order stock/spares/material
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times

Requirements:

  • Apprentice-trained in a mechanical or multi-skilled engineering discipline
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance experience and diagnostics of hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical control systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in heavy industry manufacturing
