Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our In-House Clinical Team, providing bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the individuals we support. As a key member of our team, you will hold a speech and language therapy caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation.

You will have autonomy to implement your strategic vision for therapies and enrich the quality of life of the individuals we support.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with our knowledgeable Clinical Team to deliver exceptional outcomes. Your ability to manage your workload, make decisions, and provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies will be crucial to your success.

Requirements:
  • Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Experience of working with children, young people, and adults who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs.
  • Valid UK full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
