Job Title: Children's Home Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Manager to lead our residential care home in Preston. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the safe running and management of staff, ensuring that all young people have bespoke care plans and are safe and supported, 24/7.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
  • Build and develop a high-performing staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers
  • Ensure the service meets Ofsted standards and maintains a GOOD rating
  • Manage staff recruitment and staffing, including training and development
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team to implement company policies and procedures
  • Manage quality assurance and budget
