Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Principal Engineer to drive technical expertise, engineering best practices, and solve complex technical problems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving clarity, technical innovation, and influencing technology direction and decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical projects as an individual contributor, with a focus on mission-critical impact and delivery.
  • Solve complex technical problems and provide feedback to others.
  • Ensure the highest quality of architecture and design of systems.
  • Develop and implement best practices for agile software development.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Extensive software engineering experience, with exceptional coding ability.
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical projects, with a focus on delivery and impact.
  • Demonstrable success in solving complex technical problems.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Expert knowledge of architectural techniques and agile software development.
