**Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Performance Analyst Lead to join our team at The Economist Group LTD in London. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of our analytics capabilities and working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to provide actionable insights and optimisation opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar digital/data analyst role and be proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Data Studio (or similar tools). You will also possess excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate complex analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

In this role, you will work autonomously and as part of a team to develop and implement tracking and reporting solutions, gathering client's reporting requirements and providing reporting and insights.

You will also collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns and support decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
