Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Performance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our online marketing strategies. You will analyze data from digital eComm, website performance, and other online activities using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, etc.

About the Role

The Senior Digital Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions and optimize digital marketing campaigns
  • Developing and maintaining digital marketing reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Supporting trading and marketing teams by automating manual reports and providing actionable insights
  • Evaluating the performance of digital marketing campaigns and providing recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights
  • Designing and executing A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different digital strategies and optimize performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing analysis, online marketing, or data analytics
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing techniques
  • Proven experience of setting up performance measurement metrics and reporting within a changing technology
  • In-depth understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), paid search (PPC), and social media marketing strategies

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
