Job Title: Service Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at Orona. As a key member of our London Office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the service team, including managing databases, generating invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle client queries and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Collate and record field data from engineers, supporting the maintenance of accurate records.
  • Support the ordering of parts and receipt of materials, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collect and distribute timesheets and job sheets for approval.
  • Manage customer information, ensuring up-to-date records and accurate data.
  • Generate reports for the Director and branch, providing valuable insights and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for maintenance agreements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
  • Excellent organizational, administration, and IT skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Confidence in handling complaints and resolving issues.
