Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment inventories, and databases.
  • Communication and Coordination
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Document Preparation
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Skill Set
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
