We are a leading supplier of temporary healthcare staff to private and public sector bodies, including hospitals, supported living units, and nursing homes.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and be able to work with client companies to meet their staffing requirements. Key duties include:
- Placing recruitment adverts
- Screening advert responses
- Registering suitable applicants
- Ensuring staff complete the recruitment process and are available for placement
- Working on high-volume shifts on a daily basis
- Developing client relationships
- Taking part in recruitment projects
- Having a customer-focused attitude
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have excellent customer skills, administrative abilities, and experience in HR or a related field. A driving licence and own transport are essential for this role.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm, with the option to participate in an on-call rota.
