**Position Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans tailored to each role and market.

Actively utilise LinkedIn - not just with your Recruiter license to create projects, however, to post compelling content such as videos, insights and talk about your roles and client business areas.

Manage recruitment process from job requisition stage to onboarding stage including Visa Management.

Stay abreast of market trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition, and incorporate them into recruitment strategies.

Track and analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Knowledge and Specialist Skills**:
**Education** - BSc Degree in a related field.

**Experience** - 5 years’ experience in sourcing within Technology/IT or Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences sectors. Global recruitment experience would be advantageous.

Specialist sourcing experience with a focus on attracting and engaging niche, passive talent.

Experience in passive sourcing using a broad range of techniques and technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter and in house ATS or CRM technologies

Experience working to Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.

Knowledge of UK/European/US/APAC labour laws and regulations relating to recruitment and hiring (preferred).

**Computer Skills**:Competent and confident in using MS Office, Windows and/or other similar products and confident using the internet to research and find information to design more impactful sourcing strategies.
