Overview:

- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, to join our established Recruitment team. You will support Account Managers with recruitment needs across client accounts, sourcing and networking to build strong talent pipelines to fill client requirements._

**About the role**

Responsibilities for the role may include, but are not limited to:

- Working across key accounts prioritising client needs to deliver on requirements in line with client and company SLA’s.
- Accurately update all recruitment trackers and present Recruitment progress updates at team meetings.
- Creating and placing advertisements for vacant positions
- Creating social media campaigns for open roles and visibility
- Deliver other requests as required on an ad hoc basis.
- Monitor and maintain live roles on the Recruitment Applicant Tracking System
- Coordinate and organise interviews
- Maintain accurate talent acquisition data and documentation and provide regular reporting updates across teams and to management

**Who are we looking for?**

Qualifications & Experience
- 1+ year experience in a similar Talent/Recruitment/Sourcing role
- Experience in Contractor hiring a plus
- Proven track record of meeting delivery SLA’s & KPI’s
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to identify and prioritize opportunities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong Educational Background - Degree
