Saturday Showroom Host Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Saturday showroom host to join our team at JCT600 Brooklands, home to luxury brands Aston Martin, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce.
As a Saturday showroom host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring all visitors receive a professional and courteous welcome. You will provide excellent customer service in line with our high standards, maintaining a basic knowledge of products and services to answer sales and service enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all visitors consistently receive a professional and courteous welcome.
- Provide excellent customer service in line with our high standards.
- Look after customers and visitors while they are on site, including providing refreshments.
- Assist as necessary to maximise customers' comfort while on site.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of customer-facing areas.
- Maintain a basic knowledge of products and services to answer sales and service enquiries.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and inspire confidence.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
- Passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, and professional approach.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
