Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to enhance our Residential Development team. You will collaborate closely with a seasoned manager who brings a decade of expertise in this sector.
This role offers the chance to develop a profitable segment of our business while managing a robust client portfolio. You will enjoy a balanced approach of support and autonomy, allowing you to take charge of your desk.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Identifying and sourcing candidates for various roles
- Collaborating with fellow consultants
As our company continues to grow, you will have the opportunity to advance into roles with greater responsibility, potentially moving towards senior consultant or divisional leader positions.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a highly competitive remuneration package, with salaries reflecting individual experience and capabilities. Expect a base salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, along with commission on placements that significantly boosts annual earnings. Our benefits package is designed to support your success.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience in construction recruitment
- Proven ability in business generation and client service
- Experience recruiting for permanent positions
We are open to considering candidates with a strong recruitment background outside of construction or those transitioning from resourcing roles seeking career advancement. Additionally, individuals with qualifications in construction or civil engineering, or experience in the Residential Development sector, are encouraged to apply.
Above all, a successful recruitment consultant will be self-driven, possess a confident demeanor, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and intelligence.
