Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to enhance our Residential Development team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a seasoned manager who brings a wealth of expertise in this sector.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a profitable segment of our business while managing a robust client portfolio. You will enjoy a balanced approach, receiving both support and the autonomy needed to effectively manage your desk.
Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include:
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.
- Identifying and sourcing candidates for various roles.
- Collaborating with fellow consultants to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a highly competitive remuneration package, with salaries tailored to the experience and capabilities of each consultant. Expect a base salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, along with a commission structure that significantly enhances your overall earnings.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in construction recruitment, with a focus on business development and client engagement.
- A background in recruiting for permanent positions across various organizations.
- A willingness to consider candidates with relevant recruitment experience from other sectors or those transitioning from trainee roles.
- Qualifications in construction or civil engineering, or experience in the Residential Development sector.
