About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction Division at Cityscape Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and validating candidates for various construction industry jobs, including Estimators, Quantity Surveyors, Technical and Design professionals, and Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and validating candidates for construction industry jobs
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
About the Benefits

We offer a competitive basic salary of £24,000 to £30,000, plus uncapped commission and bonuses. Our team enjoys a range of benefits, including quarterly bonuses, office events, team social events, and on-going perks through Perkbox.

About the Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the construction industry or a related field
  • Previous recruitment experience, preferably in a similar industry
