Job Summary

The University of Cambridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Leader to join our esteemed Stem Cell Institute. As a key member of our research community, you will be responsible for leading a research group and contributing to the development of innovative stem cell therapies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a research group and develop a cutting-edge research program in stem cell biology
  • Contribute to the development of innovative stem cell therapies and treatments
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the University and its associated institutes
  • Secure external funding and support for research projects

Requirements

  • PhD in a relevant field (e.g. stem cell biology, regenerative medicine, cell and gene therapy)
  • Minimum 3 years postdoctoral experience in a research laboratory
  • Demonstrated expertise in stem cell biology and regenerative medicine
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
