Senior Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence at our major food manufacturing site. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a pivotal role in leading transformative change and driving impactful improvements across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize continuous improvement projects that drive measurable results.
  • Analyze data to inform performance improvements and optimize OEE across the unit.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to implement efficient processes and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Address daily challenges and identify bottlenecks to resolve potential issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement process maps to unlock further efficiencies and streamline operations.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in Continuous Improvement or Factory Management, ideally within the food industry or FMCG.
  • A deep understanding of manufacturing in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
  • A team-focused leader with a proven track record in driving collaborative cultures and engaging stakeholders.
  • Project management expertise with a proactive, action-oriented approach.
  • A performance-driven, self-motivated individual who thrives on delivering results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
