Bugaboo is a pioneering parental company that reinvented the stroller 20 years ago. We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive our mission to empower parents and children to discover the world together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute performance media strategies for the Europe cluster, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display.
  • Work closely with local ecommerce teams to track sales performance and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Lead and develop the CRM strategy for the cluster, partnering with the global CRM team to optimize segmentation, lifecycle programs, and reporting.
  • Own the affiliate marketing program, driving qualitative traffic to websites and adapting to different market needs.
  • Support e-tail teams in driving performance in online accounts, including Amazon and Shop Direct.
  • Drive thorough test and learn initiatives to optimize campaign performance and ensure efficient budget allocation.
