We are seeking a highly skilled Academic and Communities Marketing Specialist to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to engage with our academic and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with our Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics to define and develop differentiating go-to-market analytics features and frameworks.
  2. Collaborate with marketing partners and digital teams to generate insights about the efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  3. Provide performance monitoring of decision systems and statistical models.
  4. Help to uncover any incremental data engineering and feature engineering capabilities required to support customer-centric analytics and visualization.

Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge of data management tools, including Alteryx, Google Cloud Platform, and Medallia.
  2. Intermediate SQL knowledge, including case statements and self-joins.
  3. Comfortable using data visualization tools, such as Data Studio, Adobe Workspace, Power BI, Tableau, and Datorama.
  4. Ability to work in an agile, test & learn, and iterative environment.
