About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Online Finance team at Tesco. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for partnering with various colleagues to ensure the successful launch of F&F Online, including the execution of the F&F Online strategy, building F&F Online reporting, forecasts, budget, and Long Term Plan, and driving action to ensure delivery against F&F targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. F&F ONLINE: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth of F&F Online, including the analysis of sales data and market trends.
  2. ONLINE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Collaborate with technology teams to improve and enhance the web and app core Grocery Home Service, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  3. ONLINE TRADE PLAN: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improving online margin through the development of online-specific promotions and pricing opportunities.

Requirements
  1. Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  2. Experience of engaging and influencing senior finance and non-finance colleagues
  3. The ability to interpret data and derive insight to drive decision making
  4. Strong communication and collaboration skills
  5. Good commercial awareness and big picture thinking
