Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team, providing occupational therapy input within our neurobehavioural model. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care to individuals with complex mental and physical health needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • To assess, formulate, implement, and evaluate interventions tailored to the unique needs of each service user.
  • To manage a designated workload, prioritise tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • To develop programmes of care, ensure adequate handover, monitor progress, and modify treatment as necessary.
  • To engage resistant or distressed individuals and families using interpersonal skills and empathy.
  • To carry out detailed risk assessments and communicate findings effectively.
