ICT Technician Role

Ad Warrior Careers is seeking a highly skilled ICT Technician to provide technical support to our IT team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality IT services.

The Role

As an ICT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to staff, pupils, and parents. This will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining and supporting our information databases, and working collaboratively with the ICT & Services Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to staff, pupils, and parents
  • Maintain and support information databases
  • Collaborate with the ICT & Services Manager to ensure IT systems operate smoothly
  • Work on own initiative and as part of a team
