We are seeking an Extended Scope Clinical Practitioner (ECP) to join our virtual ward team, working with patients in their own homes. As an ECP, you will contribute to multi-disciplinary assessments, diagnoses, and therapies, providing hospital-level interventions and diagnostics as an alternative to hospital admission.

Main Duties and Tasks

  • Work collaboratively with a consultant practitioner-led team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.">
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.">

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • An appropriate professional qualification allowing registration with the NMC or HCPC.">
  • Independent non-medical prescribing or pharmacology level 7 profession-relevant qualification.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
