Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Construction to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that our homes are built to the highest standards, and that our customers receive an exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the construction process, including planning, execution, and completion of projects
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with our quality and safety standards
  • Manage and develop a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a senior construction role, preferably in the housebuilding industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of construction processes, including planning, execution, and completion of projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
