Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Director to lead our construction team at Bellway Homes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement construction strategies to improve efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues
